      Q:    What does Wellvations Health Solutions do exactly? 

We are a mobile holistic company focusing on total wellness, integration and balance of body, mind, spirit/soul. We offer 4 services at this time:

• Hand, Foot & Body  Reflexology
• Reiki Healing Touch Therapy
• Holistic lifestyle coaching
• Fitness and weight management coaching

All services are currently performed by Tesheca LaRose- Wellness Consultant

Q:    What can I expect at an appointment?

• You will begin with an initial consultation in which you will be asked information pertaining to your health. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared. 
• You will then begin your session by laying down or sitting fully clothed. The initial 1st session is for me to gain more insight and allow me to begin the clearing process which will help to remove toxins, build-ups, obstructions from the body.
• After your session, you will be told of any issues or concerns(if any) from the session and will receive information on  how to help you to continue the clearing process at home. Nourishment and being in balance is the overall goal.
• You may need to schedule an appointment at least once per month depending on your conditions or issues, but trust your own intuition to make that determination. Maintenance of the entire process is advised to fully and completely achieve that sense of balance and well-being.
• At each session, we will have a brief consultation where you will give me updates on the effects you have experienced. Feedback will be given from me during and after each session.

Q:    Why is maintenance necessary?

It's like putting lotion on. Lotion will heal your dry skin for a day or two, but the effects aren't everlasting. Regular re-application of lotion helps to PREVENT dry skin- in the same way that our services should be utilized.

Q:    How can I trust that you won't discuss my sessions with anyone?

All of your personal information and service results are kept strictly confidential. It will not be shared or discussed with any person unless you approve it to be. To ensure this privacy, you will sign a confidentiality agreement which explains this in detail and will be kept in your files.

REIKI HEALING TOUCH

Q:  What does this service entail?

Reiki and Healing Touch are different names for the same concept of energy work. Religiously, this is known as laying of hands( Christianity) or spiritual healing.  Reiki is not magic or mysticism, not a religion or belief but simply a healing art, just as Jesus practiced over 2000 years ago by laying hands on the sick and healing them.

The practitioner is guided by their intuition and uses the hands to harness the energy or ki that is present all around us. An energy shift occurs to raise your vibrational energy and speed the process of self-healing.  It restores equilibrium, banishes toxins releases stagnant energy buildup, increases alpha brain waves to put you into a deep relaxation state, boosts your immune system, decreases anxiety, stress, and pain. Q:    I'm unable to travel to you for a session. Do you do distance healing?
There is also a form of reiki that is called distance healing or remote reiki.The understanding is that the same healing effects can occur without the need for you to be actually present with the practitioner being that energy transcends time and space. I would offer that service to you but at no cost to you (i.e. free)

REFLEXOLOGY (Body,Hand & Foot)

Q:  What does this service entail?

Reflexology is a physical form of therapy which can help promote the self-healing process. It is very similar to acupressure but focuses more on the hands and/or feet. Points on the body and head can also be accessed. It helps to rid body of toxins,   promotes better healing, promotes vitality and relaxation,  reduces stress, pain management, eases anxiety, and helps you achieve optimum wellness. Q:    Is this a foot massage?
No. Reflexology is the intentional stimulation of the reflex sensors located in the hands and feet especially. A massage is more somatic where the goal is to relax the muscles. Reflexology is a more precise method for accessing the nerve sensors throughout the body.

Price: $35 for 30 minute session; $65 for 1 hour
Price: $85 for 1 hour Reflexology + 20 minute Reiki session




FITNESS & WEIGHT MANAGEMENT COACHING

Q:  How can you help me achieve my fitness goals?

In a few short years, I have helped over 15 clients achieve the results of the target goals that they set for themselves in the initial phase of their personalized fitness program. Most importantly, many of them have maintained their results and no longer require further coaching.

Achieving optimum health and longevity is your goal, and I can help you to reach that goal with personalized fitness coaching, tailored specifically to your lifestyle.I will help you to modify certain controllable behaviors that may be contributing to your health concerns.
Controllable behaviors include overeating, tobacco use and physical inactivity, which are within an individual’s ability to discontinue or change.

More than genetics, environment or even access to care, controllable behaviors are the most influential factor in determining an individual’s health status.Studies show that our changing diets, harmful food additives, unregulated imported goods, sedentary lifestyles, high stress & high endocrine hormone emissions contribute to the rise of an overall physiological breakdown of our body.

HOLISTIC LIFESTYLE COACHING

When your mind is right your body will follow. This service is personalized to help you live a balanced lifestyle that will aid in achieving optimum well-being by adopting a more natural way of life. This is not a hippie lifestyle, but rather a way to incorporate mainly natural approaches to everyday living in order to have the mind, body, and spirit aligned.  

Individual Coaching:
(4) telephone and/or in-person sessions per month-with unlimited email access,includes assessment, calculations and plan          $75.00  

Executive Coaching:  ( includes informational booklets) 
Wellness programs that are implemented in the workplace are shown to boost employee morale, health, and well-being. A happier, stress-free or stress-reduced individual can impact their job performance, environment, domestic & personal interactions, and subsequently the national economy on so many positive levels. This positive impact is what we strive to achieve through our services.
